MOVE. EXPLORE. CONNECT. 🍁🥾🌿 Calling all teens who love being outside, moving their bodies, and having fun with friends! This 8 week outdoor adventure group is designed for teens ages 13–19 who are excited to explore the outdoors and comfortable participating independently in a small-group setting at Mississippi Gateway Regional Park. Each week will include fall hiking adventures, nature-based games, movement challenges, scavenger hunts, and opportunities to climb, balance, navigate, explore, and take on new challenges. Along the way, teens will build endurance, strength, coordination, confidence, outdoor problem-solving skills, and body awareness—all while enjoying the fresh air and changing colors of fall. This class is facilitated by our COTA Katie! Come ready to move, explore, challenge yourself, and connect with others who enjoy being outdoors! Participants should be able to participate independently in a group setting and safely stay with the group and follow group expectations with minimal adult support. Program Details: Sessions are held Mondays starting October 5th-November 23. Time: 4-5pm Location: Mississippi Gateway Regional Park in Brooklyn Park, MN Cost: $240.
