We provide parent-focused virtual occupational therapy coaching for caregivers in the Twin Cities Metro and across the entire state of Minnesota, including  Hennepin, Dakota, Ramsey, Scott, Anoka, Wright, Washington, and Carver Counties.

This service is designed to help parents better understand their child’s nervous system, reduce daily stress, build capacity and confidence in handling your child's routines that work in real life.

This service is a good fit if you are a parent who:

• Lives in Greater Minnesota or has limited access to pediatric OT services

• Is on a waitlist for therapy and wants support now

• Wants practical tools for regulation, routines, or feeding/eating support at home but not necessarily 1:1 therapy

• Is parenting a neurodivergent child

• Is looking for guidance without adding another appointment for their child

What we work on together:

• Understanding your child’s sensory and nervous system needs

• Reducing meltdowns and power struggles at home

• Creating predictable routines (morning, after school, bedtime, meals)

• Supporting regulation, attention, and executive functioning

• Building confidence in your parenting responses

• 1:1 virtual 30 or 60 minute sessions with a licensed occupational therapist

• Collaborative, strengths-based coaching

• Strategies tailored to your family, values, and daily life
